Group Tutorial and One-to-One classes Terms & Conditions:
By signing up, you are committing to the fee stated, in exchange for weekly tuition in a group class of up to 3 students, for the duration of 1 hour every week of that month.
Your booking can be renewed for the following month 2 weeks before the start of that month. At that time, the class will become available to other students to book as well.
A small number of assignments will be sent to be completed before and after each class. The pre-class assignments will be sent to you via email, and the post-class assignments will be set during class.
Zoom lessons will be recorded and uploaded to a private website for you and your classmates to view later. This is so you can refresh your memory of what we learnt, and to observe your own pronunciation.
At the end of the last class of the month, there will be a short test to consolidate the vocabulary and grammar learnt during the course.
For group tutorials, refunds cannot be given, and class fees cannot be transferred to the next month, as the classes will go ahead regardless. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by logging in or contacting info@susiewoo.com.
For one-to-one classes, students can reschedule the time up to 48 hours before the class is due to start. If 48 hours notice isn’t given, the class cannot be refunded or changed.
The student is expected to be on time for each class. If the student’s internet connection fails, unfortunately this cannot be refundable. In the unlikely event that the teacher’s internet connection fails completely for more than 15 minutes, the price of that class will be refunded.
If you have been advised not to book into classes, but you do so anyway, you will not be refunded.
For Kids’ classes, the teachers have been DBS checked, with certificates available on request. No one except the teacher and Susie Woo staff will be able to contact the email address you provide, and contact will not be made except for arranging class matters. If there is a group class, other children and their parents might appear, and the parents of all children agree to accept this possibility.

Susie Woo Community Subscription Terms & Conditions:
By signing up, you are entering into a monthly subscription payment plan. You will automatically be charged £14.99 per month on the date you signed up. No refunds will be given, but you are free to cancel the subscription before it renews on the 1st of each month. This can be done by going to ‘Manage subscriptions’.

Any interactions that occur between students whether online or in person will be at the transgression of the individuals and Susie Woo Ltd will not be liable for any problems that occur. Community members that display aggressive or problematic behaviour will have their subscription cancelled and will not be allowed to attend events.
Ultimate UK Travel Crash Course Terms & Conditions:
The videos in this course will be delivered between 1st and 14th August 2023, after which customers will have lifetime access as long as this website is still running. Videos cannot be downloaded or reshared under any circumstances.
The course is non-refundable. Customers understand that some of the videos in the course have appeared in other courses before, such as Pressplay and 全方位英國文化。
