Hi everyone, my name is Josie and I’m from the UK and based in the seaside city of Brighton. I’ve been teaching English for about 10 years now, working with learners of all ages and levels both here in the UK and across Asia.

Over the years I’ve taught everything from general English, British culture, and pronunciation to exam prep, business English, and employability workshops. I especially love the opportunity to teach online as I get to meet people from all over the world, hear their stories and share culture along the way.

I have a postgraduate certificate in teaching, a CELTA, and IELTS training. I really love creating engaging lessons for my students, helping you reach goals, build confidence, make real progress and enjoy using English in real life situations.

When I’m not teaching, you’ll usually find me doing yoga, cooking something ambitious in the kitchen or getting lost in a good historical fiction novel.
